TrueMouse is developed by a team of researchers and engineers based in Melbourne, Australia.
Our work sits at the intersection of neuroscience and instrumentation. TrueMouse grew out of a real experimental need: how to observe group-housed mice continuously, at scale, without disturbing their natural behaviour. We built the system from the ground up, including the custom RFID hardware, the identity fusion algorithm, and the behavioural analysis pipeline.
Beyond TrueMouse, we work closely with research groups on customised instrumentation. If your laboratory has a specific behavioural, imaging, or data acquisition need that existing tools do not fully address, we are happy to discuss how we might help.
We believe the best research instruments come from people who understand research. Every part of what we build is designed to make real experimental work easier, more reliable, and more scalable.
Whether you're evaluating one of our tools or looking for custom research instrumentation, we'd love to talk.
